Pros and cons of Shipwreck (Schiffbruch) app for iPhone and iPad

Shipwreck (Schiffbruch) app good for

I loved this game on PC and spent countless hours playing it while my kids napped. A very big THANK YOU to Johannes for recreating it. Well worth the money!!!
Works well, and its a fun little game. Not a ton of replay value though.
Fun and simple enough game. Would love to see more survival games like this. Great job.

Some bad moments

Its a good game, its strait forward, easy to learn, and fun. Its just that there is little to do and a bit too easy to win. Definitely would rate 5 stars if more content was added
Shipwreck is the sort of simplistic puzzler that bends the mind as you explore to find your way off this hellish island! From berry picking to exploring the sea, Shipwreck is pure fun for a gamer looking to kill a few hours while being lost at sea for weeks at the same time.
I used to play this game on the computer as a kid and have tried every survival game I could find since...but this by far the best. Its simple, addicting, and has very high replay value. My only wish is that they would expand the maps to include other islands to explore. Thanks for bringing this awesome game to iPad!
With the recent explosion of survival games, its nice to see Mr Scholl bringing back this classic title to show the youngsters how its done. Whats more, the controls and interface have been beautifully modernized, so theres none of the clunkiness you might find in other ports. With gameplay similar to a less sadistic Dont Starve, its enjoyable even for people like myself, who had never heard of the original. The best survival game Ive found on iOS.
Game is well done overall. Good graphics, sound (but would REALLY like to be able to turn off just the tap sound), gameplay. But its SO hard to find what you need before dying. Deleted the game because its just not fun dying over and over trying to find what I need.
I really enjoyed this game right from the beginning. I have read and always enjoyed the Robinson Crusoe story and this is the first game I have played where you are stranded on an deserted island. It is easy to play and each sequence is short enough to keep you progressing. Although I got a little carried away on building out the waterpipes, fields and treehouses on my island. I recommend this game for its fun and for those who ever dreamed of living on a deserted island.
